1. Ordering
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our MOQ for in-stock items is 1 item, and for custom orders, it is 100 items (in most cases). Please note that custom orders require a minimum of 45 business days for production.
Custom Orders: Custom orders can be placed online directly through our website. For any questions regarding custom orders, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements, customization options, and pricing.
Payment: We accept payments via Credit Card, E-transfer, and Wire Transfer. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
2. Shipping
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates for all orders.
Shipping Time: In-stock items typically ship within 2-4 business days, while custom orders require 45-55 business days for production. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries, with the exception of countries not serviced by Fedex, UPS, DHL, Purolator, Canpar, and Canada Post. For international shipping inquiries and estimated shipping times, please contact us.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy: We understand that returns can be inconvenient and costly. Therefore, we encourage our customers to carefully review product specifications and ask any questions prior to placing an order. Custom orders are final sale. Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- Damaged or defective items: Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to report any damages or defects. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect items: If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note, custom orders do not qualify for a return except in the circumstances referred to above. Returns must be authorized in advance and include a return authorization (RA) number. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Restocking Fees: Orders are subject to restocking fees determined on a case-by-case basis.
